At Toponeone, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please double-check size, color, and quantity before checkout.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase (10% cancellation fee applies).
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
To cancel, email support@toponeone.com with your order number.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect size or color selections.
You may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.
Need sizing help? Contact our team before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 120 days of delivery for:
- Items that are damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Product significantly different from its description
Not Eligible for Return:
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)
- Missing tags/packaging
- Damage not caused by Toponeone
How to Request a Refund
Email support@toponeone.com with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Proof of purchase
- Shipping receipt (if applicable)
Do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds include original shipping charges.
If your refund doesn’t appear within 10–15 business days, contact your payment provider.
Additional Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping (unless we are at fault).
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
